If we continue to live as we are now, this is how we all will be looking soon. Since the technology has become so advanced, there is no need for many of us to get out of our homes. If we stop moving, this is our future. I believe that no one wants to look like this. Well, in that case it’s time for us to take some measures. We all should get out more often and start doing some physical activities. Will it be jogging or going to the gym, it doesn’t matter, as long as we are physically active. Look around your self and try to notice how many over weight people can you see. You will be very surprise when you see it. As I sad, it’s time to make some radical measures. we have to stop being passive and have to start being active. Don’t let you self to be fat!
